The idea is that, when you read it, when you say it, you realize and acknowledge how awesome you are, yourself, as an individual.

I believe in universal interconnectedness. And I feel we all should recognize how incredible we are. So when you say something positive, you’re helping create and build positive energy within the universe, emanating from your immediate location.
